The Lilac Eye Shadow Trend
I remember being about 14 and standing in my local Brooks Drugstore attempting to use this new fangled device by Clairol where you punched in your skin tone, eye color, hair color, etc. into this standing computer and it would compile the data and tell you which colors you should be wearing makeup-wise. Anybody remember this? The color most often recommended for me was purple hues of all variations; a cool tone.
Most times makeup trend colors don’t always look so hot on me, does the same go for you? So I was more than excited to hear that lilac eye shadows were on trend for this spring. Something I can actually wear! I completely love how the color makes the copper in my hazel eyes pop. And it seems the celebrities love it just as well!

I’m noticing a trend with bold liner under the eye while muted neutrals on top.
