Splendicity Brunch
It was only a week ago, but Fashion Week already feels like another lifetime. On my last day in the city I had brunch with a few Splendicity blog members at Sarabeth’s near Central Park.
The food–delicious
The restaurant–gorgeous inside, but extremely crowded
The service–super fast
The company of friends–fabulous
The fruit flies all over the wall near the bathroom–I could’ve done without

I love seeing the faces behind all the blogs I read! Thank you all for creating a space for us beauty addicts and showing us we’re not alone! And thank you for giving us more researched information to use. I used to have to rely only on Amazon reviews for makeup reviews!

Me too. I read many of the beauty blogs by many of you. I was never into makeup that much up until like a year or two ago, at the age of 21, ahhh. I started reading beauty blogs such as this one for tips and recommendations since i was a late bloomer. Now i love makeup. it’s so much fun. I was so afraid of it then, but beauty blogs definitely pushed me into wanting to use it more. Thanks.

I agree with the above posts…Thank you - since I am, ahem, in my forties, I am a really late bloomer! :) I have always been religious about moisturizers but now have fun with different makeup because of reading these blogs!

Yeah it is cool to see all the ladies who go through the trouble (even though they seem like they’re having more fu nthan anything!) of bringing us the latest beauty news. And this is random as heck, but those flower arrangements look stunning. I’m a sucker for florals.
