Max Factor MAXeye Liner

by Shannon on October 25th, 2006

eye eyeliner

The final product in my reviews of Max Factor products this month, is the MAXeye Liner. I received mine in Night Club, which is a jet black color.

This eyeliner is a mechanical pencil that never needs sharpening. One less step in my beauty regiment! Also? Less mess. I love how this eyeliner’s crayon is thinner than the typical pencil. This makes for better precision when I am lining my eyes. Less chance for creating a line that is too big, but not too thin so I can still smudge it for that smokey eye look.

I love to wear black eyeliner, but looking through their colors, I also think that Smoke Alarm (which is grey), is also very pretty.

You can find MAXeye Liner at drugstore.com for $5.89

Wow. I will have to look for that. I like self-sharpening liners, but sometimes the crayon part is too thick. Hmmmmm….

the only gripe with self sharpening liners is that they tend to stop coming up mid way! i always come to a point where i can’t twist it up any more and it’s so fusterating! have you run into that problem?

This eyeliner is great. It glides on very smooth ang stays on all day. It also is easy to smudge and the results are great.

I’ve used smoke alarm and it gives a great look on light complexions…not too over dramatic. I also love the no sharpening pencils.

OMG, I love Max Factor’s Naughty or Nice lip glosses. They’re the best!

I’ve been meaning to try a grey liner for awhile because black and brown are so dullsville and I’ve heard that grey gives you an extra pop but is still subtle. Max Factor has been really bringing it lately - props to the lovely and talented Ms. Pat McGrath.
