CoverGirl Eye Enhancers
Have you seen the new CoverGirl Eye Enhancers? Some of the colors are way too retro pop for me and then others are amazing. They have shades that are considered “Blast” and then those that “Enhance.” The Blast eye shadows are colors that remind me of an Andy Warhol picture. I guess I like to play it safe and use the gorgeous Enhancers. (Although there is one Blast I am in love with!)
My favorites?
Dynamite Drama (Blast)
Drama Eyes (Enhance)
Golden Sunset (Enhance)
In the picture I took I’m wearing Dynamite Drama and I know you really can’t see the shadows, but I guess focus on how it makes my eyes stand out. The colors are a deep purple, shimmery beige, ivory and mint green.

As always, ignore the messy hair. I believe Brody had been tugging away on it a few minutes before I asked my 9 year old to take this picture. Also–Gavin wanted to make sure I told all of my readers that he is the best photographer ever.
CoverGirl’s Eye Enhancers are definitely meant to be played with and for only around $5 for a 4-piece shadow kit, you can certainly get your money’s worth.

HI SHANNON,
Your hair is just beautiful. It reminds me of how nice my hair used to be before I started to mess with it. I had perms, bleached it, dyed it black, had highlights etc. I just need to leave it alone for good.
I used to wear eyeshadows but now if I do they just stay on for about a hour & just melt off. Even when I used a base & powder. I used to like those bright colors too. Have a good day.

Judy you are sweet. I also have run the gammet of perms, waves, highlights and coloring. Right now the coloring is coming out, but I’ll be dying it again in a few weeks for a L’Oreal launch.
I didn’t find these eyeshadows to come off at all. Just use a good primer on your eyes. Right now I use Physician’s Formula Mineral Concealer stick in yellow. Yellow neutralizes the red on your eyelids.
