Christmas (mostly makeup) Wish List

by Shannon on December 14th, 2006

These would be the things that I wish Santa would bring me….although I know Santa is makeup-impaired and I will sadly have to get everything myself.

1. A Spafinder gift certificate to The Spa at Woodloch. This is a Forbes Top 10 spa and it is only 40 minutes from my house!

2. A makeup train to keep all of my countless makeup products in.

3. DuWop’s Amber Cream Eyes Palette

4. Smashbox’s Photo Finish Primer

5. Benefit’s Dr. Feelgood

6. Benefit’s Realness of Concealness

7. A gift certificate to Old Navy so I can buy some fashionable maternity clothes.

8. Dermalogica’s Skin Refining Masque.

9. Too Faced Box of Pink Chocolates.

10. That hair dryer that is in TV commercials that brushes through your hair at the same time to dry and straighten it….anyone remember the brand???

I believe the hairdryer you are referring to is the Infiniti, and I think Conair makes it. I saw it in the local Target yesterday. Conair also makes a combo curling iron/straightener that can be used on damp hair (it has a fan that you can turn on to get hot air to dry your hair while you straighten). I bought it (for $19.99) and used it for the first time this morning. Pretty impressive for under $20!

My xmas list this year was kind of similar… a whole makeup wishlist :) I’m easy to shop for — gift certificates to makeup stores.

from children to adults, make up lists are always so fun! the new thing in hair dryers are tourmaline hair dryers…the t3 is 300 dollars but all consumers swear by it! i bought the 30 dollar revlon version, and i like it just fine! really does cut down the drying time :)

Again, I was obsessed with Smashbox primer in ‘06. I got two gift certificates to spas this year for xmas…my absolute favorite gifts ever!

That Too Faced thing looks super duper. I’d probably covet it and never let anyone else touch it…
