Makeup For All–no wonder Sonia Kashuk’s line is found at Target. She brings gorgeous colors and tools out in her Spring 2008 collection at completely affordable prices.
Shimmery neutral colors can be found in her eye shadow duo “Tongue in Cheek.” A sand color for the brow bone and lid and a milk chocolate color for […]

Benefit’s new spring colors in their Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liners are now out. There are 3 new colors–bunny hop (sterling pink), marry up (brushed copper) and pre nup (rose metal). I have marry up, as the copper color is great for hazel eyes.
These eyecolors come in a glass jar and have a similar presentation to MAC’s […]

Cle de Peau Beaute, a part of the Shisiedo family of companies, has a very fresh and innovative Eye Color Quad that is perfect for spring. Fresh, because the pale variations of pink and lavender are gorgeous, light and refreshing when coming out of the long (overdrawn winter). Innovative because this eyeshadow contains Argan Oil […]

When I was reading about Nars Spring 08 colors on several of my favorite beauty blogs, I really couldn’t wait to get my hands on their Alhambra Eyeshadow Duo. Now that I have it, I’m unsure about what I think about it on me.
The creamy gold and peach color look great side by […]

When I was backstage at Jason Wu’s show for Fashion Week, MAC’s MUA Gina Bettelli was giving a great tip for catching that residual eyeshadow that sometimes sprays off your lid and onto the area below your eye–wet a round cotton pad and hold it under your eye as you apply the eye shadow. I […]

Unfortunately, I most likely forgot about these eye powders because I was not all that impressed. […]

Easy & simple, that’s how I like things. Oh and don’t forget the “things that can’t make a mess” category. Can I tell you how many of my loose powder eye shadow’s I’ve had become victim to my bathroom floor at the hands of a few little boys that shall remain nameless? So I came […]

When I first heard about ColorOn instant eyeshadow, I couldn’t wait to try it. If you haven’t yet heard of them, it is pre-made eye shadow combinations that come on oval shaped cotton strips that you align and then rub onto your eye area. ColorOn is supposed to give you an instant professional look.
I received […]

When I first mentioned this Holiday Collection from MAC, I just knew I was going to love it. The packaging is so vintage-chic, that I covet it like a prized posession.
Of the Royal Assets eye shadow palettes, 6 Warm Eyes is my favorite and the picture of this palette doesn’t do the colors justice. The […]

I received MAC Cosmetics Matte2, Mattene and Plush Lash a while ago and have been meaning to write a review on it for some time. My reaction to the collections are mixed.
Matte2:
I abolutely love matte eyeshadows and definitely prefer them over anything shimmery. However, I have to say that I really wasn’t impressed by this […]
