A Date With Lancome
One of the many things I am doing next week is going to the Lancome Boutique in NYC. ha–did I mention I was going to Fashion Week? Well I am–hooray! I’ll be in the city (and blogging) Jan. 31st through Feb. 3rd. I have an action packed schedule planned, one that involves getting a makeover at Lancome by their talented makeup artist Leo on Feb 2nd.
I won’t keep the fun to myself though, I’ll also be interviewing Leo about what’s new for 2008 and I’ll be doing it on video. So now you’ll also get to see and hear the girl behind the blog!
My pals Christina from ebeautydaily and Teri from Beautiful Makeup Search will be there with me (enjoying Lancome’s Glycolic Peel Treatment). It should be a blast and I hope you’ll keep your eyes glued to Makeup Minute (and A Girl’s Gotta Spa & Beauty Pro) for your Fashion Week beauty fix!

how did the facial peel go? I kept an eye out around your posts for you comments about it but must have missed this detail… :-(

Trisha, my friends Christina (ebeautydaily) and Teri (Aging Fabulous) got the facial peels; I got the fabulous makeover from Leandro Bare. :) If you click on the category “Lancome” in my sidebar, that post should come up.

I’ve always been afraid of facial peels, but Lancome has such a good reputation maybe I’ll take the plunge. I’m pretty sure I’ve read about Leo on other blogs, he is amazing judging by what I’ve seen on yours.

i love getting peels! i mean i know they might sting a lil but the payoff is so worth it. well hope you had fun at that event and get some nice goodies!
